Espresso Martini

serves 2

ingredients:

  • 120ml vanilla vodka (or vodka and ¼ tsp vanilla extract)
  • 80ml espresso
  • 80ml coffee liqueur (kahlúa)

to serve:

  • ice
  • 6 coffee beans
  • 2 chilled martini glasses

directions:

  1. shake everything hard with ice.

  2. double strain into the chilled glasses and float 3 coffee beans on each.
