Macaroni & Cheese

   cut the bacon into pieces and begin to fry in a pan until crispy. add the sliced garlic, breadcrumbs, jalapenos and olive oil. season with salt, pepper and paprika. cook until crispy.

   prepare a double portion of white sauce and transfer to a large pot, gradually adding the cheese and parmesan, while stirring, to create a cheese sauce. add in the butter and stir.

   cook the macaroni in water well-seasoned with salt. drain the macaroni and add to the pot of cheese sauce.

   put the breadcrumb mix pan under the grill to allow the top to brown and crispen.

   portion the macaroni and cheese in bowls and top with the breadcrumb mix and a sauce of your choice.
