ingredients:
- 100ml vanilla vodka
- 50ml passion fruit liqueur (passoa)
- 90ml passion fruit puree
- 40ml lime juice
- 30ml vanilla syrup (monin)
to serve:
- ice
- 2 shots of prosecco
- 2 chilled coupes
directions:
shake everything hard with ice.
double strain into the chilled coupes and serve each with a shot of prosecco on the side.
